Preparation - Stretches[]
Our instructors at Knoxville have asked that we study these pages from the book "Stretching: 20th Anniversary Revised Edition" by Bob and Jean Anderson (2000). Practice these every day between now and the beginning of curling camp so that you will have maximum flexibility when you hit the ice!

I recommend using our Google Map to generate your driving directions. Google Maps shows it to be a 3 1/2 hour drive from Atlanta to the Ice Chalet.
Social Dinner[]
Saturday evening there will be a social gathering at a restaurant as well.

What to Bring[]
Wear loose fitting clothes and warm soft-soled shoes (like track or tennis shoes). Long-sleeved shirts and long pants are recommended, or you may want to have a fairly warm jacket.
